Executive Chairman

Mr Lim is the Executive Chairman of the Company. He was one of the founder shareholders and an Executive Director of the then Uraco Holdings Limited (now known as Beyonics Technology Limited), which was incorporated in 1981. He was actively involved in the engineering and production aspects of the operations of Uraco Holdings Limited. He remained in Uraco Holdings Limited until his resignation in February 1997. From 31 May 1988 to 30 April 1992, Mr Lim served on the Trade Advisory Committee of the then VITB (now known as ITE). Subsequently, Mr Lim was appointed as an Executive Director of Altum Precision Pte Ltd in February 1998.

LIM EE CHUAN

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Lim is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to starting up the Company in 1987, Mr Lim was the Regional Sales Manager with Texas Instruments(Singapore) Pte Ltd from 1982 to 1987. Mr Lim graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland in 1981. Mr Lim obtained his Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from the Singapore Institute of Management in 1984 and a Diploma in Electronic and Communication Engineering from the Singapore Polytechnic in 1976.

TAN SIOk MIN

Non-Executive Director

Ms Tan is a Non-Executive Director of the Company.  She was the Managing Director of Ultro Communications Pte Ltd, a 100% owned subsidiary of Ultro Technologies Limited, from 1992 to 2000. From 1989 to 1992, Ms Tan was with the senior management team of FabriSteel Pte Ltd, which launched and sold technical equipment and services to the manufacturing and hospitality industries.   Earlier, from 1982 to 1989, Ms Tan was with the senior management team of Kentucky Fried Chicken Management Pte Ltd where she undertook various portfolios including spearheading the launch of new products, one of  which was conceptualised and developed in Singapore and subsequently adopted by the US market.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland in 1982.  Ms Tan was the Chair Person of the FMS Taskforce to Promote Grand Parenting and Inter Generational Bonding from 2002 to 2003 and the Co-Chair Person from 2003 to 2004. She also serves as Council Member of North East Community Development Council.   Ms Tan was conferred the Public Service Medal (PBM) by the President of Singapore in 2009.

LEE KEEN WHYE

Independent Director

Mr Lee is an Independent Director of the company. He is currently the Managing Director of Strategic Alliance Capital Pte Ltd (“SAC”), a venture capital and investment management advisory company. Prior to founding SAC, Mr Lee was the founder and Managing Director of Rothschild Ventures Asia Pte Ltd, a member of the N M Rothschild & Sons global merchant banking group, and worked there from1990 to 1997. He was Associate Director with Kay Hian James Capel Pte Ltd which he joined in 1987 as Head of Research for Singapore and Malaysia. Between 1985 and 1987, Mr Lee was based in California and worked with venture capital companies seeking investments in emerging growth companies. Prior to that, he was an Investment Manager with the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation. Mr Lee currently sits on the boards of several companies, including AFOR Limited, Ntegrator International Ltd, Santak Holdings Limited and Oniontech Limited which are listed on the SGX ST. Mr Lee holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Singapore.

TIMOTHY TEO LAI WAH

Independent Director

Mr Teo served as Director in charge of foreign exchange, money  market,  gold  and  commodities  management  in Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Singapore from 1998 to 2007. Prior to this, he was the Director of Nuri Holdings (S) Pte Ltd, Singapore as consultant for risk management in Jakarta and Los Angeles from 1994 to 1998. Mr Teo worked for JP Morgan for 20 years in various locations at senior management level in Global Markets. Between 1980 to 1993, he was based in Hong Kong, Taipei and New York. Mr Teo currently sits on the boards of several companies including Lexicon Group Limited and Guoco Land Limited which are listed on the SGX-ST and four other charities.

R. SRINIVASAN

Group Finance Manager, Ultro Technologies Limited

Mr R. Srinivasan is the Group Finance Manager of Ultro Technologies Ltd. He started as Commercial Executive and after successive promotions, he has been further promoted as Group Finance Manager in November 2007. He is an associate member of ACCA-UK and a provisional member of ICPAS. He also holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce.
